Hi! On 3/13/08 I received a letter from Air America asking that I immediately cease archiving of The Thom Hartmann Show and The Randi Rhodes Show, rescinding my earlier permission to do so. Subsequently, they asked me to restore the archives here for the time being. This is only temporary, however. At some point I will be provided with a coupon code that you will be able to use to subscribe to the paid archives hosted by Air America if you choose to do that, and these archives will again be taken off the air. This is an opportunity, however, to do what this site was created for; Find and showcase Liberal/Progressive radio talent who are not widely known and who SHOULD BE. To that end, I am soliciting suggestions for show streams that ought to be archived here. Please email suggestions to benburch -at- pobox -dot- com <-- So the spammers won't spam me more than they already do. While I have your attention, I would like to ask, if you find what I do here valuable, to please click the donate link and chip in; This costs me about $1000 a month to keep running, and most of that is coming out of my pocket right now because I have not had any sort of funding drive in almost two years. Since the Mike Malloy Show, The Thom Hartmann Show, and The Randi Rhodes Show are now available only through a paid archive, many of the people who had formerly been supporting this site have stopped donating, and I have seen supporting donations drop month-by-month. White Rose provides the entire streaming infrastructure for Head On Radio Network, (The HORN) as well as archives for all of their programs, and all for free, both to you and to HORN.
